About me

I am a lifelong resident of Fairfield County, with thorough knowledge and extensive experience in the New Canaan, Darien, Westport, Wilton and Norwalk markets. From a family of Realtors active in these areas since the 1970s, my experience, energy, and enthusiasm for real estate is unparalleled.

I am a self-motivated, creative thinker with an expertise in digital and social media marketing, public relations, advertising and promotion. Prior to entering real estate, I was a Senior Vice President at an ad agency, and a Vice President of Marketing for Virgin Atlantic Airways (North America), among other lead roles. I have also successfully founded and launched a professional organizing business, as well as a social recycling website.

I fuel my passion for marketing into real estate. Sellers can expect my exceptional marketing, and negotiating skills as well as my organizing and staging services. For buyers, I share my deep knowledge of the local markets along with a tireless effort to find their ideal home at the best possible price.

Marketing and Negotiation

"Taylor was a delight to work with every step of the way. Her knowledge of the marketplace plus negotiating and marketing skills helped sell the house in record time. Selling a house can be stressful, but Taylor always went the extra mile to help things go smoothly."

Stress-Free Sale

Taylor Tait went above and beyond what any realtor would do to sell my house and alleviate stress during the process.  The house sold before the photo brochures were ready!  After the sale, she continued to help make sure all aspects of the process went smoothly.  I highly recommend her!

Extremely Responsive

We were lucky enough to meet Taylor during an open house she was hosting.  A couple of hours later, she sent us a kind note and, after an initial meeting, we ended up hiring her to locate and purchase our current home in 2017.  We cannot recommend Taylor enough; she is a wonderful guide and everything you would want in a Realtor.  Over the course of several months, and as first-time homebuyers, she patiently helped us become familiar with a town we knew almost nothing about.  She is very knowledgeable about what’s on the market and is well-connected to other Realtors so she knows about listings before they are public.  She is extremely responsive and doesn’t miss details.  If she doesn’t have information readily available, she tracks it down and keeps you updated on her progress. She previews properties to save you time.  If you want it, she gives you her honest opinion.  In short, we found Taylor to be resourceful, thorough, patient, cheerful, funny and a genuinely kind and nice person.  She helps in any way she can, even after she has made the sale. I guess what I’m saying is that it’s obvious she cares – she treats your decision to purchase a home very seriously and works hard from the beginning of the process to the very end to ensure you’re happy.
